1. About dimsocial

dimsocial is a simple, private communication tool. It provides encrypted messaging, voice calls, and small group chats. It is designed for privacy, simplicity, and intentional connections.

2. Acceptance

By using dimsocial, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use dimsocial.
  • If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and consented to these terms on your behalf.

4. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to refrain from:

  • Harassment, threats, or abuse toward other users.
  • Distributing spam, malware, or illegal content.
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or access other users' accounts.
  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Impersonating other users or entities.

6. End-to-End Encryption

  • E2E encryption protects message content between participants. dimsocial cannot decrypt or recover E2E encrypted messages.
  • If you lose your encryption keys (e.g., by clearing browser data without creating a backup), previously encrypted messages are permanently unrecoverable.
  • E2E encryption does not prevent recipients from reporting message content. Reported content is submitted in decrypted form for moderation review.

7. Content and Moderation

  • Group administrators may moderate content within their groups.
  • dimsocial reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
  • Content uploaded to the platform must comply with applicable laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

dimsocial is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, data preservation, or security beyond the cryptographic measures described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

dimsocial and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data due to encryption key loss.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of dimsocial after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
